There are two types of Social Security policyholders, mandatory policyholders and optional policyholders.
Mandatory insured people are those who carry out any type of remunerated activity, whether continuously or occasionally, with or without an employment relationship , such as employees, domestic workers and casual workers, and for these three cases, whoever makes the Overseas Chinese Data monthly payment INSS is the contractor.
